Why not just use the App Store or Play Console API? +
Neither Apple nor Google offers a public API for reading another app's reviews. Apple's own review feed caps out at 500 reviews per country storefront on page 11, this actor gets past that by reading several country storefronts in one run.
Does this need a headless browser or proxy? +
No. Both stores expose a public review feed/endpoint that this actor reads over plain HTTP, no Chromium, no proxy bill.
How many reviews can I realistically pull for one app? +
Roughly 3,500 reviews are reachable for a widely-published app across eight major storefronts, well past the 500-review ceiling a single-country scraper hits. Reviews are deduplicated on the store's own review ID so overlapping storefronts never double-count.
