What does full_diligence_report do that the individual tools don't? +
It calls every relevant tool for one company and returns a single dossier instead of thirteen separate responses. If your agent just needs one fact, like an LEI or a VAT check, call that tool directly and pay the much smaller per-tool price.
What happens if a registry has no record for the company? +
That tool returns a structured not-found result and is not billed. A full_diligence_report with three registries returning nothing still only charges for the sources that actually resolved.
Does this only cover US companies? +
No. EU VAT validation and UK Companies House registration are both included alongside the US-focused SEC, state, and federal tools, so the server covers US, UK, and EU entities.
How is it billed? +
Pay-per-event. Individual lookups run from $0.003 to $0.006 per call, get_reputation is $0.0375, and full_diligence_report is $0.07. Nothing is charged for a tool call that returns no result.
