Zillow does not publish a public API. This server reads the same listing, sold, and rental data a Zillow visitor sees and returns it as structured tool responses, which is what most "zillow api" searches are actually looking for.
What does market_report return? +
For-sale listings, recently sold comps, rental listings, and Airbnb short-term rental supply, all for one zip code, composed into a single report in one call.
Does it cover short-term rental data, not just long-term listings? +
Yes. str_market reads Airbnb supply for a market, and market_report folds that in alongside the sale, sold, and long-term rental data.
Why include Redfin and Realtor.com alongside Zillow? +
Each site's inventory and pricing data has gaps and lag relative to the others. Cross-checking Zillow against redfin_search and realtor_search gives a more complete comp picture than any one source alone.
How is it priced? +
