Yelp Reviews Scraper
Yelp reviews with stars, reviewer and the owner's reply
What it does
Bring the businesses you want to watch as Yelp links, aliases, ids or Name, City lines. Each gets a profile row with its rating, total reviews, the count at every star level, categories, address and price range, then its reviews as rows: text, stars, date, the reviewer with their history, photos, reactions and the owner's public reply. Phone numbers, websites, opening hours and claimed status are not in the output, and there is no keyword search.

Common questions
How many reviews carry an owner reply? +
In a test of 500 reviews across 5 businesses, 107 did. The row holds has_owner_reply, owner_reply_text, owner_reply_date, owner_reply_name and owner_reply_role, so filtering on has_owner_reply false with a 1 or 2 star rating surfaces complaints nobody answered.
Can I give business names instead of links? +
Yes, as Name, City, ST lines. Each goes through Yelp's own business suggestions for that place and the closest name wins, with name_match_score reporting how close, where 1 means every word you typed is in Yelp's name. When nothing is close, the error row lists what Yelp offered.
What is missing from the output? +
Phone numbers, websites, opening hours and whether the listing is claimed, and there is no way to search Yelp by keyword or category. You supply the businesses yourself. What comes back is review and rating data plus the address fields on the profile row.
How is it priced? +
A review is $0.0018 on the Apify free plan and $0.0009 on Business (Gold), and a profile row costs the same as a review. The $0.001 run fee follows the first delivered row, so a run where no business resolves is free. Duplicates are not charged.
How do I collect only this week's reviews? +
Set reviewsNewerThan to a date. Reviews are read newest first and each business stops at its first older one, so a weekly schedule fetches and pays for that week only. starRatings filters on Yelp's side, so unwanted stars are never sent or billed.
